What it's like

Like any good journey the Natural Leaders experience has a start, middle and end.

You’ll spend about 60% of the day outside and 40%

inside in our purpose-built learning centre.

Start

  • You arrive around 9am, greeted by home cooked breakfast.
  • We welcome you to the Farm with a tour
  • You’ll learn how Shepherding works: Dogs, Sheep and the commands
  • We get out in the field and do herding exercises then debrief how it went

Middle

  • We’ll unpack your chosen Psychometric(s)
  • We discuss the experience alongside your psychometric.
  • We do an individual Personal Modelling element, using skilled questioning to unpack who you are and represent it visually
  • We debrief all this and invite you to reflect
  • We then do more fieldwork alongside the Shepherds and Coaches who invite you to think more deeply: Why are you doing what you’re doing in this moment? What can it now tell you?

End (but not really)

  • This is the end of the day, but not the end of your development
  • There can be a competitive element – which shows us more under pressure!
  • We conclude with a full debrief and reflection exercise

That’s just a flavour. Each experience is unique to you – so there may be time built in for planning, discussing and debating anything that works for you

In addition, you meet:

  • Our whole team of working dogs
  • A herd of alpaca
  • Richard the Goat, who is friendly but highly opinionated

You also meet yourself, exactly where you are.
