And if there are fresh eggs on the day he’ll probably give you some.

Strategy Director at ICE and brings over 25 years’ experience working in consulting and organisational change with a range of organisations globally, and a master’s in public health. Amanda is THE sage of empathy, pragmatism and strategic thinking, and she will encourage you to embrace planning and act while also considering what your people really need.

Abi Manifold

Head of Organisational Development at ICE and has spent the last 25 years as a leadership consultant, working globally, in business psychology and behaviour change, with a degree in Human Resource Management. Abi is an expert and highly creative Facilitator and will encourage you to be your best self in the moment.

Jonny Reed

Senior Leadership Consultant at ICE and brings a decade of experience in senior leadership roles globally, with a degree in Mathematics and Economics. In ICE we have a thing called Jonny Logic – he makes sense of what doesn’t make sense and asks the challenging questions that really make you think.

Nina Gavin

Head of Insight at ICE and brings a decade of experience in human-centred design and insight creation with a master’s in social research Methods. Nina is a considered, action-oriented person and an expert in Facilitation and Clean Language questioning.

Ian Jackson

Creative Director at ICE and brings 25 years’ experience in creative communications, and a master’s in health communication design. Ian will listen as you experience Clean Language Questioning and illustrate your words in front of your eyes, in brilliantly constructed visual scribes.

Hannah Gallagher

The Hannah Gallagher aka the Redshepherdess is a key figure in the Natural Leaders program, combining her knowledge and skills in shepherding and performance developer. Hannah joined the SAS who dares wins tv program and went right through to the end of the challenge. Hannah brings this learning of the fear bubble and self development. She is hands on through the immersive outdoor experience. Hannah the Redshepherdess, along with the leadership experts, work closely with participants put their learning into practice, ensuring they return to work with both the capability and confidence to lead with excellence.

Dan Gallagher

Dan Gallagher has a mastery of both working dogs and horses as a Professional Shepherd and Farrier, as a lead shepherd facilitator Dan is passionate in his quest to develop peoples performance through the Natural Leaders program, Dans work with nature-based learning creates transformative experiences for participants. Dan is a special leaders his awareness to both animal and human energy is second to none, is expertise and dedication to the program have made him an integral part of the Natural Leaders team.
